The only other weird thing is that since it's originally a 2d game, the weapon is attached to your head movement which is weird. I suggest you visit vorpx forums, they are very active, and share any doubts in there. Yeah I found that vorpX is an incredible piece of software packed with a lot of features. The edge peeking mode, for instance, this is really a neat feature that will switch the view to cinema mode (kinda) for the times you need to go into your inventory or it is difficult to read things like the menus. This is so convenient for all those pancake games that weren't meant to played in VR.Īnd yeah, vorpX doesn't deserve the bad rep it still has. It certainly must have been complicated to use in the past, but now with Direct VR this is really not the case. Yes it can make you nauseous, but like any other VR games that don't use teleportation, only if you are prone to motion sickness. Also it is not the full VR experience with interactions and roomscale, but to be able to play in VR as if you were in the game, and this out of regular games, is just an incredible achievement.
